INSANITY dzien 5- efekty

Hej Laseczki :)

Zaczęłam INSANITY na poważnie tzn mam zamiar zrobić cały 2 miesięczny program.

po treningach












































i nieskromnie powiem że widzę pierwsze efekty choć to krótki czas
dodam że wcześniej robiłam podejścia z INSANITY lecz ciągle brakowało mi czasu i opuszczałam treningi- np ćwiczylam jedynie 3 razy w tygodniu. 

Postanowiłam zacząć od nowa i narazie jestem na dobrej drodze :)

Trzymajcie kciuki, będe wdzięczna ;* 
a może ktoś z Was chciałby dolączyć ?
